First step: To make pure desi ghee at home, boil milk daily and remove the cream and store it in the fridge. About a week of cream will create a good amount of ghee.

Second step: Insert the collected cream into a large mixer jar. Now add several pieces of ice to this mixer. Now grind the mixer for 5 minutes. It has to be grinded until the cream comes up

Third step: Butter will come up due to grinding for a long time. Remove it well and keep it in a pan. Keep stirring it continuously on low heat. As the cream cooks, the water present in it will dry up and the ghee will swim up and the brown residue begins to freeze down.

Fourth step: Let it cook until the color of the ghee becomes golden and the remains bottom is dark brown. Turn off the heat and let the ghee cool slightly. Then filter the ghee with a sieve and take it out in a dry pot. After cooling the ghee completely, keep the lid.
