The Delhi Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has rebuked Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for the quality of construction at Golf View apartments in Dwarka, Delhi. RERA said it is serious about the quality of construction work in the project, and ordered to send an investigation team for this. According to the news of the Indian Express, this step has been taken after complaints from 11 flat owners who informed RERA about the flaws, poor sewer arrangements, incomplete general facilities and parking problems.
What did Rera say?
RERA chairman Anand Kumar says that we have studied the report given by DDA on 14 May 2025, but there are still many problems regarding the quality of construction. Therefore a team of RERA, which will include Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer, will inspect these flats and general areas and submit the report. At the same time, RERA directed the DDA vice -president to review the quality of construction according to the conditions of the tender and submit the report in 6 weeks.
Cleaning of DDA, said- Residents mistake
The Delhi Development Authority, in its response, convicted the ultraration done by the flat owners. A DDA spokesperson said that the cause of sewer blockage is not the design or material malfunction, but the unauthorized changes in flats and wrong disposal of debris. The culprits are being fined. The spokesperson also said that the DDA is solving all the problems on priority. Allottees are requested to make any structural change as per rules and others do not have discomfort.

Golf View Apartments DDA has a high-end housing scheme, with a total of 1,130 flats in 11 towers. These include 14 penthouse, 170 super hiG and 946 Hig Flats. In April 2025 regarding the apartments, RERA also directed the DDA to set up a committee to investigate the complaints and report in a month. Now Delhi RERA has decided to send the investigation team directly and asked the DDA to ensure the quality of construction and submit the report as per the conditions.
