Jaipur. Veteran Congress leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot has separated from his wife Sara Pilot. This has been disclosed today in the affidavit given by the pilot along with the nomination papers. Although it has not been revealed as to when the divorce took place between the two, it is for the first time that it has come to light publicly that the two have separated. In his affidavit, the pilot has written divorced in front of his wife’s name. Sachin and Sara have two children. Both the children are with Sachin. This has also been disclosed in the affidavit.

According to the information, Sachin Pilot and Sara got married about 19 years ago on January 15, 2004. Sara is the daughter of former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and senior National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah. It is said that Abdullah was against this marriage, while the pilot’s family was also unhappy with this relationship. Sachin was successful in convincing his family for this relationship, but Sara could not do so. Therefore Farooq Abdullah did not attend this marriage. Sara is educated in London. Both of them were married at the Delhi residence of the then Dausa MP and Sachin’s mother Rama Pilot.

The news of divorce has become public for the first time

Although it is being said that hidden news of divorce between Sachin and Sara came to light many times but it could never be confirmed. No one even had a clue about the divorce. It is not yet known when the divorce took place between the two. But the matter of divorce has become public for the first time through the affidavit filed by Pilot during his nomination from Tonk assembly seat on Tuesday.
