ED summoned Robert Vadra.
The Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED has re -summoned Robert Vadra, husband of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, in the Sanjay Bhandari case. The ED has sent a summons of tomorrow to Vadra for questioning about the case. Let us tell you that last Tuesday also the ED had sent summons to Robert Vadra but then Vadra did not join the inquiry. For this reason, the ED has now sent summons once again and asked Vadra to appear on 17 June to record the statement.
ED will interrogate Robert Vadra
Actually, this whole matter is related to the Sanjay Bhandari case which is a weapon advisor and has been in Britain. ED will interrogate Robert Vadra in the money laundering case related to Sanjay Bhandari. This case is being investigated under PMLA. Earlier, Vadra was called for questioning on 10 June. However, Vadra spoke of flu -like symptoms in them on June 9 and according to the protocol, Kovid conducted an investigation.
What is Sanjay Bhandari case?
In fact, the ED has alleged that “Sanjay Bhandari bought 12, Brianston Square in London in 2009. The house was renovated as per the instructions of Robert Vadra and that he had provided funds for it.” However, Robert Vadra has dismissed the allegations and denied that he has any property directly or indirectly in London. He has termed the allegations as’ political conspiracy.
