Former Indian cricketer Yograj Singh has requested Hitman and Kohli to withdraw his retirement while looking at the upcoming 5 -match series. He says that this is not the time to think about themselves, but to understand the feelings of the country and cricket lovers.

Keeping in mind the need of the country, he said, “Rohit and Virat should return to Test cricket. This is not the time to back down themselves. These two players need the country.”

Yuvraj Singh will explain to Virat Kohli

The former Indian cricketer has also requested his son Yuvraj Singh to explain to Virat Kohli, he said that he should consider this decision again. Because this is not the right time to retire. If you have a hurry, they may have to regret it in the coming time.

Recalling his mistake, Yograj Singh said, “I have told Yuvi to explain to Virat, ‘Don’t repeat my mistake’. After the time, when there is regrets, you will not be able to change anything.”

Advice given to BCCI

The former Indian cricketer has also advised the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) that he should support the legendary players by keeping his ego aside. Yograj Singh reminded the 2011 mistake when Yuvraj, Harbhajan and Sehwag were dropped from the team without any reason. He believes that he should not repeat this mistake again.
