In the Meham police station area of Rohtak, four miscreants riding a bike opened fire on a young man, but the young man managed to save his life by running away. After the incident, the miscreants fled from the spot.
Ankit, resident of ward number five of Meham, reached Beri Road near Rohtak-Hisar Road in his I-20 car. Ankit had stopped his car out of suspicion, when four miscreants on a bike reached there and suddenly started firing at Ankit. Ankit tried to save himself from the attack by running away, and the miscreants tried to fire again, but Ankit somehow managed to escape safely.
After the incident, Ankit lodged a complaint against four unknown miscreants at Meham police station. Taking the matter seriously, the police have registered a case against unknown assailants under sections of murderous attack and started investigation.
Meham police station has inspected the incident site and tried to gather clues. Police say that the accused will be traced soon.
