Construction will be done without passing a map
In UP, people can now construct a map on a residential and business plots of up to 100 square meters and up to 30 square meters without passing the map. However, they have to register in the Development Authority. This decision of the UP government will not only get rid of the long process of passing the map, as well as relief from the recovery in this work.
UP government made changes in old rules
All these changes in UP have been made under the Uttar Pradesh Development Authority Building Construction and Development bye and Adarsh Joning Regulation-2025 ‘. Actually, the government has changed new rules to change the old rules. Under the new rules, a housing plot located on the road with 24 meters wide in cities with densely populated and less population can also build shops and offices with houses.
FAR limit to build high building
Under the new rules, a FAR (floor area ratio) limit has now been abolished to build tall buildings on 45 meters wide roads. Along with this, FAR has also been increased for small plots. Now shopping malls or complexes can be built on 18 meter wide road in UP. Apart from this, if you have more than 3000 square meters of land, then you can also build a hospital and shopping mall on that land.
