The Russian Railway said that it has agreed to restore service 2 times a month between the two capitals with the Railway Ministry of North Korea. It takes 8 days to complete this train journey of 10 thousand kilometers. This is the longest train journey in the world. On June 17, the train will leave from Pyongyang which will reach Moscow on 25 June. The return journey will start from the Russian capital on 26 June and reach Pyongyang on 4 July. The journey will operate 2 times a month. The train will pass through 86 cities and 142 small and big stations. This rail journey will give a glimpse of Russia’s rural and urban life. This route is called the Trans Siberian railway route due to passing through Siberia.
