Jailonsky has announced the exchange of prisoners with Russia.
What did Jailonsky say?
Ukraine’s President Jelnesky said that after talks in Istanbul in July, Ukraine and Russia agreed to exchange 1,200 prisoners. He said in a post on the social media platform ‘X’, “An agreement has been reached regarding the exchange of 1,200 prisoners.” Jailonsky said that the list of persons who to be swapped is being prepared is being prepared so that “our common citizens will be able to come back”.

Meanwhile, officials in the Voronish area said that four people were injured in another Ukrainian drone attack. Russia’s Defense Ministry said its air defense system had killed 93 Ukrainian drones over Russia and the Black Sea by Sunday night. Meanwhile, Russia attacked a residential area in the city of Mycolive in southern Ukraine with a missile in which seven people were injured. The Ukrainian Air Force said on Sunday that Russia fired 76 drones and seven missiles on Ukraine.
