While bowling first, Corbin Bosch took the crucial 2 wickets in the powerplay and limited Zimbabwe to 144/6. Brian Bennett scored 61 and Ryan Berl scored an unbeaten 36 runs. In response, the half -century innings of Rasi Van Dar Duson (52 not out) and Rubin Harman (63) gave South Africa an easy win in 17.2 overs.

Zimbabwe’s innings started poorly, when Corbin Bosch took two important wickets in the powerplay itself. Captain Sikander Raza also could not handle the team and scored 9 runs and became a victim of Makyamji Peter.
In the difficult situation of the Zimbabwe team 44/3, openers Brian Bennett and Ryan Berl handled the team by holding an important 78 -run partnership for the fourth wicket. Bennett scored 61 runs off 43 balls, while Berl 36* remained unbeaten. Lungi Angidi and Nandre Burger took 1–1 wickets in the slog overs and stopped Zimbabwe at 144/6 in 20 overs.
Chasing the target, South Africa also launched, when Tinotenda Maposa pushed the Luan-Dre Pratorius and Reza Hendrix out quickly to pushed into a difficult position of 22/2. But captain racei van der Duson (52* runs, 41 balls) and Rubin Harman (63 runs, 36 balls) turned the team towards victory by making an explosive partnership of 106 runs.
Even after Rubin Harman was dismissed, Raasi held the innings and South Africa won by 7 wickets by scoring 145/3 runs in 17.2 overs. With this victory, South Africa confirmed their place in the final and the journey of Zimbabwe ended here. South Africa will now take on New Zealand on Tuesday, July 22 in the final.
