Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and his girlfriend Saba Azad are often in the news for their romantic chemistry. Now the news has come that Hrithik has given his Se-Fesing Apartment Saba Azad located in Juhu area of Mumbai on lease. According to the report of Hindustan Times, the deal was signed on 4 August 2025.
Fare and Deal details
The monthly fare of the apartment has been fixed at Rs 75 thousand, while Rs 1.25 lakh was paid as security amount. This lease agreement is for one year. Although the market rate is millions of rupees, Hrithik has given it at a lower price. The flat is in the posh vow apartments (current) located on the Juhu-Versova Link Road, which has an area of 12,000 square feet. According to local brokers, a normal 3bhk flat rent is between Rs 1 lakh and 2 lakh.
Earlier also bought crores of flats
This is not the first time Hrithik has a property deal in this building. In October 2020, he bought three floors in the same complex, including the 18th floor and the 19-20th floor duplex. The total price of this deal was around Rs 97.5 crore.

Hrithik Roshan active in real estate
Hrithik and his father Rakesh Roshan sold three flats for Rs 6.75 crore in Andheri, Mumbai in May 2025. Apart from this, Hrithik has recently leased two commercial spaces. One space is in Goregaon, Mumbai, which is the fare of Rs 5.62 lakh per month, while the other is in Kharadi in Pune, whose fare is Rs 6.08 lakh per month. In February 2025, he also leased a 9,209 square -foot office space at EON Kharadi World Trade Center in Pune.
