Saif Ali Khan gets relief from Supreme Court, ban on High Court order

Saif Ali Khan is relieved from the Supreme Court in the property case. The High Court order came in July regarding the case related to the personal property of Nawab Hamidullah Khan, who was the last ruler of Bhopal. The High Court, in this order, rejected the order of the lower court to consider actors Saif Ali Khan, his sister Soha and Saba and mother Sharmila Tagore as the successor of the property. Now the Supreme Court has informed Saif Ali Khan to stop the order of the High Court.

What is the whole matter?

Hamidullah Khan, who was the last Nawab of Bhopal, died in 1960. His 3 daughters were Abida Begum, Sajida Sultan and Rabia Begum. Abida Begum chose Pakistan as her country in 1950 and went there. After this, Sajida Khan became rain of this royal property. Sajida married Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi. The son of both of them Mansoor Ali Khan who was also known as Tiger Pataudi, became a famous cricketer. Mansoor Ali Khan married Sharmila Tagore and had three children. Saif Ali Khan, Soha Ali Khan and Saba Ali Khan. After the death of Mansoor Ali Khan, Soha, Sharmila, Saif and Saba Ali Khan became rain of this property.

Case complicated in Anemy (Enemy) Property Act

In the year 2017, the Enemy Property Act was brought and its guide lines came in 2018. Under which if a person goes to Pakistan, then his property will be taken in custody under the enemy Property Act. On June 30, the Madhya Pradesh High Court issued an order in which this property was banned from transferring Saif Ali Khan, Sharmila, Soha and Saba. But now the case has been heard in the Supreme Court and the order of the High Court has been stayed.
