Bollywood Actor Salman Khan has sold one of his properties in Mumbai. Salman’s property was in Bandra West, Mumbai. The sale of this apartment of Salman has been registered this month. Let us tell you that Mumbai’s Bandra is one of the most posh and expensive real estate markets in West city, where premium housing and commercial property are available. According to Squareyards, Salman Khan has sold this apartment for Rs 5.35 crore. This information has been received by the Property Registration Documents reviewed on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR) by Squareyards.
So much fee paid for stamp and registration
According to the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment sold by Salman Khan is located in the Shivasthan Heights. Its built-up area is 122.45 square meters (about 1318 sq ft). The deal also includes three car parking spaces. This transaction includes stamp fees of Rs 32.01 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Bandra West is close to BKC and Mumbai International Airport
The area of Bandra where this apartment of Salman Khan was there is a mixture of Upskale apartments, heritage bungalows and boutique commercial development, which attracts both users and investors. This area is well connected via Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station and upcoming metro lines. Not only this, this area is close to major commercial centers like Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
