Samsung got users’ fun, now by this month, the screen will be replaced for free – Cross Talk India

Samsung has increased the deadline to replace the green line -based screen. The company has decided to extend the time-free screen replacement deadline by September 2025 for its Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 series phone to come up by September 2025. Earlier this deadline was till 31 December 2024. However, the South Korean company has not made any official announcement about this. The benefit of free screen replacement will be given to those users whose green line was having problems in the screen. However, it will depend on the purchase date, condition etc. of the device.

Can be replaced by September 2025

Indian Tipster Tarun Vats has claimed that Samsung Support has confirmed that the free screen replacement program will remain valid till September this year. Users using Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy S21 series can take advantage of this free screen replacement program. Earlier this program was valid for the Samsung Galaxy smartphone ending the warranty.

Under this program, the Octa i.e. on-cell touch AMOLED panel will be replaced by the company in Samsung’s phone. Apart from this, free battery and kit replacement has also been promised towards the company. However, it will depend on the completion of the eligibility process for all replacement. If the user’s device will be valid for the eligibility process of replacement, then the kit and battery including its screen will be replaced for free.

What is eligibility?

• According to Samsung support, there should be no physical damage in the valid device for the free screen replacement program.
• Apart from this, the Galaxy smartphone should not have any type of water damage.
• The user’s phone should not be more than 3 years old.
• Based on the original invoice of the phone, screen replaces will be replaced for free.
• The screen replacement will be free but the user will have to pay the labor charge.

In April last year, Samsung announced the free screen replacement program, which included the phone of Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 series. In November last year, the company extended the free screen replacement program by 31 December 2024. Now it has been extended once again by September this year.
