Samsung’s two old flagship models Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Ultra have been included in the One Time Screen Replacement Policy in India. Users will be able to replace the screen of these two phones, launched by the South Korean company two years ago. The company has revived that this offer is valid till next month i.e. September.
These users will benefit
Samsung said that One-Time Screen Replacement Program is ending in September. In this program, the company will replace the screen for free in case of Green Line problem in Samsung’s phone. The company’s customer service confirmed that users can take advantage of this at Samsung’s Atho Rised Service Center. This offer is available in India till 29 September.
According to the report, Samsung users who are having a green line problem in the phone display will be able to replace the screen of their phone for free by September 29. For this, users using Samsung phones will have to visit their nearest Autorized Service Center. They will be able to take advantage of this free screen replacement offer of the company.
How to take advantage of offer?
Earlier it was claimed that this screen replacement program of Samsung is valid till 31 October 2025. However, according to the Gadgets360 report, the offer is valid till September 29. Appointment for free screen replacement can also be booked through Samsung Care App. In this, some necessary investigation will be done by the customer care, only then the users will get the benefit of this offer.
If the users’ Samsung device will be eligible for free screen replacement and meet all the parameters, then the screen of its phone will be converted for free. However, users will have to pay the labor charge used in screen replacement. The price of the phone screen will not be taken from the users.
