Sanjay will be followed by the company’s new chairman Jeffrey Mark Overli. At the same time, Vivek Vikram Singh will be CEO.

Priya Sachdev is already a businesswoman. He started his career with an M&A analyst’s job at Credit Suisse First Boston in London. She has also worked as an investment banker. She is currently working as a director in the Aureus Investment Private Limited.

According to reports, Sanjay Kapoor’s net worth is Rs 10,300 crore. He was the 2703rd richest person in the world. Sanjay first married Nandita Mehtani. After this, she got married with Karisma Kapoor. After divorce from Karishma, Sanjay Kapoor had a third marriage with Priya Sachdev.
