Shiv Sena (Uddhav faction) MP Sanjay Raut has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He has sought information about the current status and address of former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. Raut has raised the question in the letter, where is Dhankhar Saheb, how is his health and is he safe.
Raut wrote in the letter- What has happened to our Vice President (Jagdeep Dhankhar)? Where are they How is his health? Are they safe? The country has the right to know the truth of these questions.
He said that rumors are spreading in Delhi that Dhankhar has been imprisoned in his house and is feared about their safety. 2 days ago, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal said that for the first time he has heard about the ‘missing Vice President’.
In fact, Dhankar resigned as Vice President on July 21, citing health reasons. However, several opposition leaders questioned the resignation and claimed that they would have been forced to step down due to some political differences.
Raut said- Dhankhar’s health condition was absolutely fine
Raut said that the Parliament session started on 21 July. At 11 am, Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar started the proceedings. During that time he looked completely normal and also operated the House in a normal way.
During the session, he also had an argument with Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge, after which the proceedings were postponed for the day.
At that time, the health of Dhankhar was absolutely fine. But after 6 pm on the same day, there was a sudden news that he has resigned for health reasons. This news was shocking for everyone. He claimed that

Raut also said that some members of the Rajya Sabha are considering filing the Habius Corpus petition in the Supreme Court to confirm the presence and security of the money.
He wrote, ‘Before knocking on the door of the Supreme Court, I thought that it would be appropriate to get this information from you. Hopefully you will understand my feeling and will give correct information about the current situation, security and health of Dhankhar Saheb.
Sibal sought information from the central government
Earlier on Saturday, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal also expressed concern about the hideout of Dhankhar. He said- ‘We did not know anything about him after resignation. I had earlier heard of ‘missing Ladies’, but this is the first time I am hearing about the ‘missing Vice President’.
