Know here step-by-step method
- To check the Missuse of Aadhaar card, first you have to go to the Myadhaar portal.
- Now you have to fill the Aadhaar number and captcha code of the 12-contingles.
- Now click on ‘Login With OTP’ and login from OTP on the mobile number.
- After logging on the website, you have to click on the Option of Authentication History.
- Now you have to choose the date in which you want to check the history of Aadhaar. For example, you can check 6 months history.
- Now you will be shown a list on the screen in which there will be all the details where the Aadhaar card would have been used.
Aadhaar card can be locked
If you feel that your Aadhaar card has been used in some places where you did not give it, then you can also lock it immediately. You can lock the biometric of Aadhaar card from online process only.
- First of all you have to go to the website of UIDAI
- Now you have to go to the option of Aadhaar Services.
- Now you have to tap on Lock/Unlock Biometrics section.
- Now you have to enter Virtual ID (VID), name, PIN code and captcha code.
- After verification from the OTT given on the registered number, you will be able to lock the Aadhaar card easily.
