Scooty driver ran hitting traffic constable
Telangana: A shocking incident came to light on Wednesday evening at the Panthangi toll plaza located in Chutuppal Mandal of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district. During the vehicle investigation, a scooty driver was seriously injured by hitting traffic constable Asif and escaped from the spot. The police have identified the accused as Vishal, a resident of Hyderabad, with the help of CCTV footage.
Constable collided
The incident took place around 6:30 pm when the traffic police was regularly checking the vehicles coming from Vijayawada towards Hyderabad. Meanwhile, a scooty driver was indicated to stop. But instead of stopping, the driver deliberately hit constable Asif and escaped from the spot.
Constable Asif suffered serious injuries due to the collision, after which he was immediately admitted to Yashoda Hospital. According to doctors, serious injuries have occurred in three places in his body and are undergoing treatment.

The police immediately took action and scrutinized the footage of the toll plaza and nearby CCTV cameras. Based on the footage, the police identified Scooty and its driver. The name of the absconding accused is Vishal, who hails from Hyderabad. Police said that the accused will be arrested soon and strict legal action will be taken against him.
