New Delhi: Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has put an end to the speculation of BJP becoming the national president. He clarified on Tuesday that he never thought about the post nor did anyone talk to him about this.

Shivraj Chauhan said in a press conference that his entire focus is focused on agriculture and farmers. He said, “I have a farmer in farming and breath in every Rome.” Describing his priority, he said that his only goal is to increase agricultural production, increase farmers’ income and develop rural areas.

“Service to farmers for me worship God”

He further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has entrusted him with the responsibility of important ministry like Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Rural Development, which he is doing as ‘Pooja’. He said, “I want to worship God for me and I want to keep doing this worship.” He also added that he is also working to make Lakhpati Didi Yojana a success.

There is speculation on BJP president

Please tell that the current BJP President J.P. Nadda’s term ended two years ago, after which he was expanded. According to the party’s constitution, the national president’s term is three years. Amit Shah was made the president after Narendra Modi became Prime Minister in 2014. This was followed by J.P. in 2020 Nadda took over the post. Due to the end of Nadda’s term, there is speculation in the political corridors regarding the election of the new president, including the name of Shivraj Singh Chauhan along with many names.
