Security features are also good; the pistol is said to prevent accidental discharge even if dropped when the trigger lock is engaged.

Meanwhile, the investigative agencies are preparing to interrogate Lawrence Bishnoi, currently lodged in Gujarat’s Sabarmati Jail. This inquiry aims to verify connections between Bishnoi and the shooters involved in Siddique’s murder. Legal advice is being sought for court permission to proceed with questioning.

The investigation is exploring potential motives, including Siddique’s relationship with Bollywood actor Salman Khan and possible personal rivalries or land disputes. Interestingly, while the shooters used a 9mm pistol, Bishnoi’s preferred firearm is the Zigana pistol, frequently smuggled into India from Pakistan via drone. This Turkish-made weapon boasts a capacity of 15 rounds and is well-regarded among criminals for its reliability and ease of use.

Currently, the Mumbai Crime Branch and Special Cell are working to confirm the claims surrounding the shooters involved in this high-profile case.
