Shravani fair lasting 1 month in Deoghar, Jharkhand, was inaugurated, fair will run from 11 July to 9 August
Shravani mela jharkhand: The month -long Shravani Mela, which was a month -long Shravani Mela in Deoghar district of Jharkhand, was inaugurated on Thursday. One of the biggest religious events in the eastern region of the country, the Shravani fair was inaugurated by the State Tourism Minister Sudivya Kumar, Rural Development Minister Deepika Pandey Singh and Labor Minister Sanjay Prasad Yadav with traditional customs at Kanwariapath, Dumma, bordering Bihar. According to Shaka Calendar, this fair is organized during the month of Shravan. Use of AI based cameras: After inaugurating the fair, the state tourism minister said that this fair to be held for 1 month will be organized in a grand manner. Efforts have been made to organize the fair for millions of devotees using technology without any hassle. The minister said that the administration is using AI-Chatbot, Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and artificial merit-based cameras to organize smooth and an unpleasant incident in Deoghar.
Giving details of the technologies being used at the fair, a senior official of the Deoghar administration said that the AI based integrated fair control room has been set up. He said that 200 AI-based cameras, information feedback and a chatbot for helpline, an AI-based traffic management system, around 700 regular cameras, 10AI-based drones, about 40 televisions and faces identified cameras have been installed.Also Read: Shravan month is starting from Friday after 100 years, know what is special
Millions of devotees come to Deoghar during the month of Shravan: The official said that high quality ANPR (automatic number plate identification) cameras, a QR-based complaint system and a digital pavilion have also been installed at 6 places. Millions of devotees from different parts of the country and abroad come to Deoghar during the month of Shravan and worship here at the famous Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple. After bathing in the Ganges river in Sultanganj, Bihar, the devotees start a 105 -km walk for Deoghar and the journey ends with offering water on the Shivling at Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple. Jharkhand and Bihar are working with coordination: Another official said that 2 states (Jharkhand and Bihar) are working in coordination to make the event a success. He said that the Deoghar administration has made extensive preparations from mob management to housing facilities for devotees. The official said that drinking water, toilets, electricity, cleanliness and other facilities have been provided for the pilgrims. He said that during the Shravani fair, the facility of darshan will be postponed for VIP people without turn. (Language)
