Siddhant Chaturvedi told a special conversation with Webdunia about Dhadak 2, how to mold himself in the character
When ‘Dhadak 2’ is coming, we had kept thinking that it is going to compete with ‘Dhadak 1’. Ishan Khattar has been in it and here I am working. But it is also a matter of fact that if Dhadak 2 is being made then we did not think that we are just making the next sequel or making the next part. After thinking a lot, we understood that it would have to make it too much intense.
If there were many colors in ‘Dhadak 1’, there were many colors and a lot of happiness and all of them had mixed form. My film ‘Dhadak 2’ has worked with a lot of intensity. We have made a sequel, the flavor of that film will also be found in it, but it can go somewhere a step from that story so that when someone thinks that now we want to beat, they will have to decide their criteria by watching our film. Now we have to make a film with more intensity than Dhadak to.
This is to say that Siddhant Chaturvedi’s Joe Dhadak 2 is once again coming in front of people. People have liked their acting in all the films that have come so far. And the style of their work is also very reliable to the people. Siddhant spoke to Webdunia during the promotion interview of Dhadak 2.

Siddhant, sharing many of his emotions and experiences about the film, tells that I have never been able to enjoy college life as my role is in Dhadak 2. This is a college -going boy who is going to study. But I could never rob college fun in my real life. So because I started doing BCom and then studying as a chartered accountant together, then people like us play a big time with them. Classes occur in the morning. Then there is a college. Then after that there is a little time left, so I used to go to theater and go out there a little stress.
But I have missed everything that is the fun of college, to sit with friends or there are different festivals of the college. I knew very well that if you want to enjoy college life, then you should join some group and I knew very well that beautiful and attractive girls would either meet me in the art section and in the college dance group or I would get it in the theater group. Studied till 12th, then gave entrance test. When the selection was done, the housemates also wanted me to do CA as well as studying at the same time, so where did I have time.
Only then did I think that the day I will act and I would quickly say yes to such a college going boy. The same thing happened in Dhadak 2 I have to take care of a little age, nor is I at this age where the boy going to college is seen. I go to college between 40 and 50 years old. Will look strange

The principle is one thing that if you stand somewhere, the girls themselves will follow you.
Oho! This is today. Where were my flames while doing college, so neither was there ever everyday in my life, nor chocolate day, teddy de na hag de. But yes, in the coming time or somewhere in this year, only romantic films are coming. One is Sanjay Leela with Bhansali ji in which Dala is directed by Dala and Ravi Udyan. Then there is another film with Vikas Bahl, which is Vamika and Jaya Bachchan ji.
This film talks about casteism. You are from a Brahmin family, while playing the film, how did you mold yourself for this role or do any homework?
My father is a resident of Ballia. Our ancestral house still has our family there. I have many friends there. My father has many friends. When I lived in my childhood, I was called by Prince. When we used to play in our nearby field, we never had any such thing among people. Where he thought about his caste, when he was doing this film, it was understood that all these things keep going around us. We do not even notice them and adopt that yes it would happen.
Let me tell you as an example. When my father was coming out of Ballia and coming to Mumbai, we were all together and that was the time when you have not shaved a mustache. If your father dies in your house, then you shave a mustache. And both my father and grandfather were open. Papa shaved the mustache and came to our homes with many acquaintances and said that Mundwana is not right and if my father remains alive, he does not get me shaved. Then my grandfather said that he disguises as des. Is going to Mumbai and will now be according to the living there. I am a father and I have no problem that if I have shaved a mustache, then you people should not suffer.

Many times it used to be that people in our house used to come to meet us and this is what we are sitting on the cot. He used to sit down and we did not even think that there would be any difference in this. When I am doing the film, it was understood that we did not think deeply about how many things we could be a proof of casteism or an example. All these things are the strength to understand during this film. But I will also say that until you go through all these things, they cannot understand pain and that pain.
I thought, I will do what my director would say. Followed his words and at the same time I chose homework for myself that it may have happened to me that I did not like people because of my clothes. Someone has seen me with a low vision or I have gone somewhere in the house where so much is luxurious and I feel very different from all those people or if someone has tried to make me look small, then what would have been felt then. I tried to put the same thing in my acting.
One of your ed was going viral in which you appeared with Korean actor Cha Su Bin. How is the full experience.
He was a very different experience for me. I definitely see Korean Drama. I have watched the squid game and I had recently seen the Woon Life Gives Tangerine. I keep watching Korean films and Drama. I also like, but never thought that I would ever be able to connect with them in any form. By the way, it is an ad film and is to be shown in different parts of Asia.
It started with Japan and went viral from Japan itself. It was a lot of fun working with actress Chau Bin and I would like to get projects from international ever further. Where I can play a role in Korean problem Korean’s drama. But yes, it would be for him that either I should learn Korean or I should teach them Bhojpuri.
