Amal is struggling with sleep apnea
Amal said that he has a sleeping disease called sleep apnea, in which the person’s breath stops for a few seconds while sleeping. He said, ‘I do not breathe for 15–20 seconds in a minute. My throat looks like a knee. ‘ To control this situation, they use CPAP machines (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), which they have also kept with them at home. Due to this disease, Amal often has a problem of snoring. At the premiere of the show, he said while talking to Salman Khan, “I do not sleep and snoring loudly, which can cause problems to the family members.” He also joined that all this happened because he got success in life very quickly.

Amal also spoke without any physical health, not just physical, but also about mental health. He told that he is also struggling with clinical depression. He disclosed this with confidence and honesty, which makes it clear that they are not behind in accepting their weaknesses. Amal’s younger brother and famous singer Armaan Malik supported him on social media in a fun and passionate manner. He wrote on X (East Twitter), ‘My brother Amal always listens to his heart. He is a rebellious, a bit dry, but his heart is like gold. Now people will see its reality, including her snoring.
