‘Smriti came as Irani and became Didi’, said this on Amitabh Bachchan’s political journey
Smriti Irani.
Bharatiya Janata Party veteran leader and former Union Minister Smriti Irani is once again making a comeback in the TV world. She will be seen in the second season of her popular TV serial ‘Because Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, in which she will be seen repeating her Tulsi Virani’s character. Meanwhile, Smriti Irani attended India TV’s popular show ‘Aap Ki Adalat’, where she spoke about her brilliant journey from TV world to politics. During this, Smriti Irani was seen answering the sharp questions of India TV chairman and editor-in-chief Rajat Sharma with impunity. During this, he also talked about the political career of mega star Amitabh Bachchan. Apart from this, he shared his experience to work with Vinod Khanna.
Big B, Rajesh Khanna, Vinod Khanna and Shatrughan Sinha
When Rajat Sharma reminded Smriti Irani that mega star Amitabh Bachchan had left politics as’ SESPOL ‘(Nabdan), and Rajesh Khanna had also disappointed and disappointed politics, Smriti Irani replied-‘ I did not come into politics. I am associated with national policy. Because if you come into politics, you seek something for yourself. If you join the national policy, then you find new heights, new achievements for the nation. This is the difference between doing for yourself and for others. Many people do for themselves. Very few people get to live for others, to have a sense of service towards others, such good fortune and opportunity. I believe that if you get this opportunity, then you should sacrifice all of you. The biggest achievement of my life is that I came as Smriti Irani in BJP and now became Didi.
Rajat Sharma: How was your experience working with Vinod Khanna?
Smriti Irani: ‘The kind of reverence he had in a very well-worthy actor, experienced, but also in politics, the way he had an inclination was a comfortable. There were very disciplined and no-nonsense individuals. So working with that person and surviving his no-nonsense attitude was considered to be a tamga in itself. Like Vinod Khanna ji, Hema ji also contributed. Even today, Hema ji has a contribution. Shatru Sir is now on the other side (in Trinamool), but he was one of the first awards of my life. I remember if an old clip comes out, then I am sitting in it as a judge and on whom I am judging or commenting, he is the Chief Minister of Punjab today.

Rajat Sharma: Bhagwant Maan… Shatru ji’s sense of humor is amazing?
Smriti Irani: ‘It is good to comment on that. But yes, they were all veterans. I also worked with Dutt Saheb. Even though he remained in the Congress, he was his own contribution. And I think you also about Amit ji, because everyone says that his mind became depressed. Their personality is such that if the swords are pulled, they want them to become a peace-maker. And we are from that generation that if the sword is pulled, it does not go into the sheath until the blood feels. So this is a difference of approach and experience. ‘
