Half cup sama rice, curd – half cup, ginger – half teaspoon finely grated, 2 green chillies finely chopped, coarsely ground black pepper – one fourth teaspoon, rock salt – half teaspoon, cumin – half teaspoon, Green coriander finely chopped, Carrot – 2-3 grated, Oil for frying, Salt as per taste

First of all, mix the soaked rice with curd and grind it finely in a mixer and after this, heat this mixture by adding a little oil in the pan, then on top, add ½ teaspoon rock salt, 2 finely chopped green chillies, teaspoon Add grated ginger, ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper, and ½ teaspoon cumin and cook well on medium flame. When it becomes thick, add 2 tablespoons green coriander, mix well and let it cool for some time. When it cools down completely, knead it and prepare a soft dough, then apply some oil on your hands and make round balls. Now make a small hole in the middle of all these vadas, then heat oil in a pan and put the vadas in hot oil and fry them till they become golden brown and now in this way your hot vadas are ready.
