South Star Dhruv Sarja, trapped in legal trouble, FIR lodged on director’s complaint

Kannada actor Dhruv Sarja remains in the discussion for some reason. Recently, he was accused of attacking him by a fitness trainer, now the actor is once again trapped in legal trouble. Dhruv Sarja is accused of fraud with an actor, on the basis of which a complaint has been filed against the actor. According to primary information, the Amboli police of Mumbai have registered a case of betrayal and cheating against Kannada film actor Dhruv Sarja. The actor is accused of taking Rs 3.15 crore from film director Raghavendra Hegde in exchange for working in a film.

Case between 2018 to 2021

Raghavendra Hegde alleges that he gave the actor a funds between 2018 and 2021. In the complaint given to the police, film director Raghavendra Hegde said that the actor signed a contract, but delayed completing his commitment after receiving the money, the situation worsened due to the Kovid-19 epidemic in 2020. A police officer at Amboli police station in Mumbai said, “The team is investigating the case before taking action.”

Actor asked for advance payment

In the complaint, Hegde alleged, “The actor approached me in 2016, when I completed a film with another actor. He expressed interest in working with me in a film and demanded to work with me continuously.” I will be signed for his upcoming project between 2016 and 2018. Eventually, I obeyed the actor and signed a film with him. He demanded an advance amount to sign the film, and claimed that he wanted to buy a house with this amount.

Dhruv Sarja kept making excuses for shooting

Hegde transferred funds to the actor between 2018 and 2021. However, the actor did not appear for any acting role and kept making excuses, inspiring the director to register a case. The director also claims that he has transferred this money around the year 2018 and after that there has been more loss from the interest on these money, in this whole case, the Amboli police have registered a case against the actor under the Indian Justice Code 316 (2), 318 (4) and are investing from each angle including financial detailed detection transactions.
