Special initiative of Jio and Airtel, users of these states will get free calling and data

Jio and Airtel have taken special initiatives in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh. In these states facing flood -affected disaster, both the big companies of the country have offered free calling and data to users. Millions of users of Jio and Airtel will benefit from this. Apart from this, the government has also asked telecom operators to keep intra circle roaming in Jammu and Kashmir till September 2 so that people in Emergency will be able to call from any network.
Jio users will get these benefits
Jio is offering a 3 -day validity extension for users living in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh Telecom Circle. Apart from this, users are also offering the Daily 2GB high speed data with unlimited voice calling. Apart from this, 3 days additional benefits are being offered to Jiohome users. At the same time, Jio’s postpaid users are being given a 3 -day grace time to pay bills so that they can enjoy calling and data services without any obstruction.
Airtel announced a big announcement
Airtel has also announced a 3 -day validity extension to prepaid users in these states facing floods and rain. During this time, users will be offered unlimited calling as well as Daily 1GB high speed data. Apart from this, a 3 -day grace period is being given to Airtel’s postpaid and broadband users so that the users keep calling and accessing data from their number.
According to a Business Standard report, the government has asked all telecom operators to activate intra circle roaming in these flood affected states by 2 September. With the intra circle roaming open, users of these states will be able to take advantage of calling and data services by using any telecom operator network. The government has taken important steps to maintain communication service in these states due to continuous rains and landslides.
