There are torrential rain alert in 7 districts like Kaimur, Rohtas, Bhojpur, Buxar, Aurangabad and Arwal. There is also a possibility of strong winds and celestial lightning in these areas. East Champaran, Western Champaran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Saran, Patna, Nalanda, Nawada and Jamui may receive light to moderate rains. The water level of rivers is also likely to rise.
Warning of heavy rain in eastern Rajasthan

There is a possibility of heavy rains in western Rajasthan today. Parts of southeastern and southern Rajasthan can also receive very heavy rainfall. This can cause waterlogging and local floods.

Rain in many districts of Uttarakhand

Weather patterns in Himachal and Jammu and Kashmir
There is still a possibility of rain in many districts of Himachal Pradesh. Monsoon has caused loss of life and property in some parts of Himachal Pradesh, so people have been advised to be vigilant and stay away from mountain slopes. At the same time, a warning of very heavy rain has been issued in Jammu and Kashmir today, especially there is a threat of landslides on low -lying areas and hilly slopes.

Light rain is expected in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra today. At the same time, heavy rains are expected in many parts of Gujarat, especially in Saurashtra and Kutch during 16–17 July and then on 19 July with strong winds.
