Sri Lanka cricket team shocks, star player out of T20i series against Bangladesh
Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh T20I: Sri Lanka cricket team has suffered a major setback before the series of three T20 Internationals against Bangladesh. Star all -rounder Vanindu Hasranga has been from this series due to injury. Hasranga’s right was hurt during the batsman in the recent third ODI against Bangladesh.
Hasranga played an important role in Sri Lanka’s victory in the ODI series against Bangladesh. He killed the Bangladesh team during the first ODI match. Sri Lanka won 2–1 in the series. However, despite being injured in the third ODI, he bowled and took 2 wickets for 35 runs.
No other player will be selected in place of Hasranga, he will return to Colombo and go through the process of rehab in high performance.
Let us know that Hasranga is Sri Lanka’s most successful bowler in this format and so far he has taken 131 wickets in T20 International and has scored 712 runs in batting.
The T20 International series between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will start from July 10 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. The second match in Dambula will be played on 13 July, while the series concluded on July 16, Colombo’s R.K. Premdasa will be with the final match at the International Cricket Stadium.
