SS Rajamouli
Veteran actor and former MLA Kota Srinivas Rao died in Hyderabad on Sunday at the age of 83. Many famous celebrities paid tribute to the late actor. Among many celebrities, SS Rajamouli also attended his funeral and one of his videos is now going viral. In the video, Rajamouli is seen getting angry at a fan, who was trying to take a selfie with him while going home after attending the funeral of the late actor. Rajamouli first tried to avoid talking to the fan, but when he did not stop, Rajamouli ignored him angrily and tried to explain the seriousness of the situation with anger filled with anger.
South cinema stars paid tribute
The funeral was performed in the Filmnagar area of Jubilee Hills. Earlier, a video of Chiranjeevi went viral online in which he was seen getting emotional offering a wreath to the legendary actor. In the video, Chiranjeevi Kota is seen offering flowers at the feet of Srinivasa Rao, offering petals on his picture and folding hands and praying silently. Megastar also spent time with the family and friends of the late actor and paid tribute to Rao’s body. Kota Srinivas Rao died due to alleged age health problems. For the past few days, he was not feeling well and breathed his last at his residence in Hyderabad.
Work in more than 750 films
Rao, a veteran of Telugu cinema, acted in more than 750 films in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. He was known for his versatility, often played complex characters, from comic villains to rigorous politicians and affectionate elders. Apart from his film career, he also served as a BJP MLA from Vijayawada East constituency between 1994 and 2004. In 2015, the Government of India honored him with the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award of the country. One of the most respected personalities of Indian cinema, Kota Srinivasa Rao has left a huge cinematic heritage behind him. His death has had a profound impact on the Telugu film industry and will remember his contribution to the coming generations.
