Starlink gets license to start service in India

Starlink finally got the fruit of waiting. The Indian Space Communication Service Regulator Inspace has given a license to the company of Allen Musk to start service in India. After Jio, Airtel and Anant Technology, Alan Musk’s company has got a license to start satellite service from Inspace. Alan Musk was preparing to launch its Starlink Satellite Broadband service in India since 2022. However, Starlink will not launch its commercial service in India. The company will have to wait for spectrum allocation for this.

According to PTI report, Allen Musk’s company has got a license to start space-based internet service in India. Starlink GEN 1 capacity Leo will provide broadband service in India through satellite. The company has been given a 5 -year license by the regulator.
