Share Market Closing 16 July, 2025: On the third day of the week, the Indian stock market closed trading in a green mark with a slight increase. On Wednesday, the BSE Sensex closed at 82,634.48 points with a slight gain of 63.57 points (0.08%). Similarly, today NSE’s Nifty 50 index also closed at 25,212.05 points with a gain of 16.25 points (0.06%). Let us tell you that today was the second consecutive day when the market has closed the business in the green mark. Prior to that, the domestic stock market had a decline of 4 consecutive days.

Shares of 30 companies of Nifty 50 closed business in red mark

On Wednesday, 14 out of 30 companies of the Sensex closed in the green mark and the remaining 16 companies closed with a decline in the red mark. Similarly, 20 out of 50 companies of Nifty 50 closed with an increase in green mark and the shares of 30 companies closed in red mark with losses, while a company shares closed without any change today. Today, the shares of Mahindra & Mahindra, one of the Sensex companies, closes with the highest 2.25 per cent gains while Arternall’s shares closed down 1.69 per cent today.

How was the rest of the Sensex companies

Among the rest of the Sensex companies today, Tech Mahindra shares 1.94 percent, SBI 1.81, Infosys 1.57, Adani Ports 0.73, ITC 0.54, Asian Paints 0.38, L&T 0.31, Maruti Suzuki 0.20, Axis Bank 0.14, Titan 0.06, Reliance Industries 0.06, Reliance Industries 0.06 And HDFC Bank shares closed with a gain of 0.05 percent.

Apart from these, Sun Pharma shares 1.49, Tata Steel 1.10, Tata Motors 0.87, Bajaj Finance 0.71, BEL 0.67, Hindustan Unilever 0.38, Kotak Mahindra Bank 0.63, TCS 0.63, Powergrid 0.50, UltraTech Cement 0.46, ICICI Bank 0.45, HCICI Bank. The shares of 0.27, Trent 0.17, Bajaj Finserv 0.12 and Bharti Airtel closed with a loss of 0.08 percent.
