Share Market Closing 28th May, 2025: For the second consecutive day on Wednesday, the stock market closed trading in the red mark with disadvantages. Today the BSE Sensex closed at 81,312.32 points with a decline of 239.31 points (0.29%). Similarly, NSE’s Nifty 50 also closed at 24,752.45 points with a loss of 73.75 points (0.30%) today. Let us tell you that the market was closed in red mark on Tuesday too. Yesterday the Sensex closed at 81,551.63 points with a decline of 624.82 points (0.76%). Similarly, NSE’s Nifty 50 also closed at 24,826.20 points with a loss of 174.95 points (0.70%) today.

ITC shares fall strongly

On Wednesday, 11 out of 30 companies of Sensex closed in green mark with an increase and the remaining 25 companies closed in red mark with losses. On the other hand, today, only 16 out of 50 of Nifty 50, the shares of 50 companies closed in green mark and the remaining 34 companies closed in red mark with decline. Today, Bajaj Finance’s shares, one of the Sensex companies, closed down to 1.05 percent, while ITC shares closed down 3.13 percent.

Airtel, NTPC shares marginally gained

Today, Bharti Airtel’s shares were included in the Sensex, 0.58 percent, NTPC 0.41 percent, Adani Ports 0.41 percent, ICICI Bank 0.28 percent, SBI 0.27 percent, Tata Motors 0.15 percent, Infosys 0.14 percent, HCL Tech 0.09 percent, Larsen and Tubro 04 percent and TCS share. Closed with
