Stock market opened rapidly, Sensex rises more than 200 points, Nifty also climbed

The domestic stock market made a strong start on Wednesday amid global signals. The BSE Sensex was trading at 82,400.62 with a gain of 213.81 points at 9.18 am. Similarly, NSE Nifty was also at a level of 25,125.55 with a gain of 64.65 points. In today’s early trade, shares of Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Shriram Finance, Jio Financial rose the most on Nifty, while ONGC, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Steel, Tata Consumer and Cipla shares fell the most. About 160 shares rose, 71 shares declined and there was no change in 22 shares.

Asian stock markets boom

Asian stock markets saw a tremendous rise on Wednesday. Tokyo’s head Nikkei 225 index jumped over 3% after the tariff deal announced by President Donald Trump between Japan and the US. Under this new agreement, most of the products imported from Japan will now be charged 15%, while the first Trump warned to implement 25% tariff from 1 August. However, some products such as steel and aluminum will remain high fees as before.

Today Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index rose by 1.1% to 25,397.81, China’s Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.8% to close at 3,608.58, Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 index increased by 0.6% at 8,731.90, South Korea’s COSCESTENGE ROC Reached 3,172.10. Experts believe that this tariff agreement between the US-Japan is restoring confidence in global investors and can help bring stability to markets in the coming times.
