During an interview, Sunil Shetty had told that after the age of 50, he thought of changing himself, because this is the age when people feel that they are getting old and now they cannot do anything. But I wanted to prove this wrong and I did so too. I can’t compare myself with a 20 -year -old boy but I am fit.

Describing the secret of his fitness, Sunil Shetty had said that he follows stretch, run, lift and repeat. That is, they do stretching, run, do weight lifting and repeat this schedule again. He told that I do not exercise any prescribed. I do yoga, go to the gym and do another physical activity.
Sunil Shetty said that you do not need to workout for hours to stay fit, just take care of fitness in every task. Start your day with stretching on the bed and do a little exercise. Starting from 5-10 minutes of exercise, you can increase it gradually to 20-30 minutes.
