Bye Consultancy Services (TCS) chairman N Chandrasekaran said that as IT services are moving towards autonomous operations, TCS target is to create a large group of AI agents working with humans. TCS is doing work on these 4 plans
Chandrasekaran said that TCS is working on four plans- setting up a large group of AI agents working with our human workforce, providing solution through human+AI models, investing in AI data centers and cloud infrastructure, as well as partnership. He said that today most global businesses want to reduce costs. He further said, “In this rebellion, the supply chains include the ability to end-to-end, diversification of sourcing strategies to create flexibility and region specific ecosystem to serve the D-Santralized Market.”
The company is ready to install new benchmarks
In FY 2025, TCS has crossed large figures of revenue of $ 30 billion and brand value of $ 20 billion. TCS MD and CEO Kritivasan said the company will focus on the discovery of new techniques and business models and is ready to install new benchmarks in the IT service industry.
