Telangana Factory Break- Death of those who died 40

The death toll in Telangana Factory blasts increased from 39 to 40 on Saturday. The district’s Additional Collector Chandrashekhar Badugu said that another injured laborer died this morning. Now 19 injured are undergoing treatment, while the search for nine people is going on.

The accident took place on 30 June at Sigachi Industries located in Pashmilaram Industrial Area between 8.15 am to 9.30 am. There were 150 people in the factory during the incident, where 90 people were present in the blast. The rescue and the medical team recovered 31 bodies that day.

There was a possibility of blast due to rapid chemical reaction in the reactor. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced the help of ₹ 2 lakh to the family of the deceased and ₹ 50 thousand to the injured with the PM National Relief Fund.

At the same time, the company had announced a compensation of Rs 1 crore to the family of the deceased, Rs 10 lakh to the seriously injured and Rs 5 lakh to the other injured.

Workers fell several meters away from the blast
A laborer said that he had come out after completing the night shift at 7 am on 30 June. The morning shift staff had come in. The blast took place around 8 pm. When the shift starts, the mobile gets deposited, due to which no news of the people working inside could be found.

A woman of a laborer of a laborer said that four people of her family work in the factory. These include his son, son -in -law, brother -in -law and brother -in -law. Three of these were in the morning shift.

According to eyewitnesses, the blast was so fast that the workers working there fell about 100 meters away. The reactor unit has been destroyed due to the explosion.

An employee of the company said that most of the workers are from Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal. A shift works in more than 60 laborers and 40 other people.
