Pakistan Security Force soldier
Peshawar: On Wednesday, unidentified gunmen killed at least four soldiers of the paramilitary force ‘Frontier Constable’ in the north-west Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. The police has given information about this. The attackers fired indiscriminately on a vehicle of Frontier Constable (FC) in Aman Kot Toi area of Karak district, killing four soldiers. Security forces and police immediately laid siege to the area and started a search operation to catch the attackers.
Attack was done by ambush
A police official indicated that the attack was pre -planned and the attackers were ambushed. No group has taken responsibility for the attack so far. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has strongly condemned the attack and directed the concerned authorities to take immediate action to catch the responsible people.
There have been attacks before
This is not the first attack on security personnel in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The terror of unknown gunmen is constantly being seen here. Recently, unidentified gunmen attacked a vehicle of ‘Frontier Corps’ by ambush. During this firing, one security personnel were killed and another was injured. The attack took place in Bannu district is adjacent to North Waziristan.
Banks have also been targeted
Meanwhile, let us also tell here that, recently, many attackers equipped with guns and rockets in Southwest Pakistan attacked a police station and then set fire to 2 banks. One boy was killed and 9 others were injured in this attack. The attack took place in Mastung district of Balochistan province. (Language)
