Tesla Cars Price in India: 500km range on full charge, price starts from 60 lakhs, Tesla’s first electric car entry into India
Tesla has launched the first electric SUV model Y in India. The electric car has been introduced in two variants- rear wheel drive (RWD) and long range rear wheel drive (RWD) in India. The ex-showroom price of its RWD variant is 60 lakh rupees. The long range variant costs 68 lakh rupees. Regarding the car, the company claims that this car can run up to 622 km in full charge once. The car has features like Level-2 Edas with 8 airbags for safety. The company has also started booking its.
Tesla’s showroom has opened in Mumbai’s BKC i.e. Bombay-Kurla Complex. According to media reports, in the last few months, Tesla has imported electric vehicles, chargers and accessories worth more than 1 million dollars in India. All this has been imported from China and America. This includes 6 units of the company’s best selling car model Y. Tesla will compete with luxury car manufacturers like BMW and Mercedes Benz Group instead of budget companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors etc.

Tesla’s first showroom opened in Mumbai
