The announcement of Mahavatar Universe, 7 films will be made on the incarnations of Lord Vishnu
Hombale Films and Cleim Productions have made a major announcement of their animated franchise Mahavatar Cinematic Universe. In this series, stories of ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu will be shown, which will last for the next decade. It will begin with ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ in 2025 and end with ‘Mahavatar Kalki Part 2’ in 2037.

In an official statement released by Hombale Films, Spokesperson said, in Hombale Films we believe that the strength of storytelling is beyond time and limits. Through ‘Mahavatar’, we are going to show the holy incarnations of Lord Vishnu in spectacular animation. This is not a common film series, but is a true tribute to India’s spiritual tradition.
The Mahavatar Cinematic Universe will not only remain even films, but preparations are being made to connect it with people on many platforms. Through comics, funny video games, digital stories and special collection items, people will be able to connect with these ancient stories in a new and interesting way. Whether it is in the form of graphic books or games where you can become a part of the story yourself and in this way there will be a glimpse of Mahavatar everywhere.
Mahavatar Narasimha is being directed by Ashwin Kumar and has been produced by Shilpa Dhawan, Kushal Desai and Chaitanya Desai under the banner of Cleim Productions. The very powerful visuals, the depth of Indian culture, the brilliant making and heart touching story will be released in Yphil 3D and in five Indian languages on 25 July 2025 in theaters.
