Where are the flat in Delhi

The premium housing scheme includes 39 HIG Flat in Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B) and Dwarka (Sector 19B), 48 MIG Flat in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka and Pitampura and 22 LIG flats in Rohini. The authority said that in addition, 66 Flats of EHS category in Pocket 9, Naseerpur Dwarka and two SFS Category-II flats will also be introduced in Sector 18, Rohini and Shalimar Bagh. The scheme also includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and Mall Road and 51 scooter garages in Ashok Vihar, which offer extensive options for both housing and parking in some of the most prominent areas of Delhi.

How much will the price of the flat be

The price of flats will vary in different categories. For example, the reserved price of HIG flats ranges from Rs 1.6 crore to Rs 2.5 crore. The price of MIG flats is between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 1.5 crore. The reserved price of LIG flats ranges from Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh. The SFS Category-II flats are expected to cost more than Rs 90 lakh to Rs 1 crore, while the price of EHS flats will be Rs 38.7 lakh. Car and scooter are between Rs 3.1 lakh to Rs 43 lakh on the basis of the price type and location for the garage. Prices may increase depending on e-auction dialects. The DDA is already working on ‘Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’, under which a total of 7,500 flats have been provided at LIG flats and a total of 7,500 flats at 15% discount on EWS, MIG and HIG categories. The scheme was launched on 27 May and by June 28, the authority managed to sell more than 850 flats, out of which 630 flats were sold alone in Narela.
