Hariyali Teej Vrat for Husbands Long Life: Hariyali Teej, also known as Shravani Teej, is an important festival celebrated by Suhagin women in Hinduism. This festival is celebrated on Tritiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Shravan month. This festival is a symbol of the reunion of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati. Hariyali Teej is worshiped after sunrise and before sunset. Suhagin women make sixteen adornments, swing the swing and celebrate the festival by singing folk songs. • Shravan Shukla Tritiya Tithi Start: From 10:41 pm on 26 July 2025.

For morning worship on Hariyali Teej, you can start after sunrise on 27 July 2025 and in the evening you can worship Pradosh Kaal after sunset, because this time is also auspicious for worship.

Hariyali Teej Pujan Vidhi: Hariyali Teej Puja Vidhi

On this day, women observe Nirjala fast by making sixteen adornments and worship Maa Parvati and Lord Shiva with full rituals.

– On the day of greenery Teej, get up in the morning and take a bath and wear clean, beautiful and plated clothes.

After that, take a pledge to worship, fast in the mind in front of God.

– After cleaning the entire house thoroughly, decorate the pavilion with toran.

– Mix Ganga water in the soil on a checkpoint or track, make Shivling, Riddhi-Siddhi along with Lord Ganesha, the statue of Goddess Parvati along with his friend’s statue.

– While making the statue, keep remembering God and keep worshiping.

– Offer the items of makeup to Mata Parvati.

– Then call in front of the idols.

– Worship the parents, Shiva and Ganesha with them.

– Offer clothes to Shiva and listen to the story of Hariyali Teej.

– Worship of Hariyali Teej fast goes on overnight. During this time women also perform Jagran and Kirtan.

– Every Prahar should be worshiped by worshiping them and offering bilva letters, mango leaves, champak leaves and kevada and aarti.
