The Bengal files will have 10 big premiere in America, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri gave his opinion
Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, one of the most courageous filmmakers of Indian cinema, is known for the story of the story telling his impeccable style and suppressed truths. After ‘The Tashkent Files’ and All Time Blockbuster ‘The Kashmir Files’, he is now bringing his third film ‘The Bengal Files’, the third film of his ‘Truth Trilogy’.
This much awaited film is going to remove the curtain from another hidden part of the history of India. Amid growing curiosity, the makers have announced a 10 major mega premiere in the US, which will start from New Jersey on 19 July and end in Houston on August 10.
This premiere tour has special screening in important cities like Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC, Rale, Tampa, Phoenix, Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Area.
Talking about this, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri says, “When I made my trillion’s first film The Kashmir files, I realized that Indian films are not working as a ‘soft power’ in terms of making a big nervous for India in the world.
He said, so we decided that we would show our films in different parts of the world even before release in India. We have seen the success of The Kashmir files, and have felt its magnificent and never never seen success.
Vivek said, because these were the stories that people wanted to know, these were the truths that people wanted to listen to, but no one was telling them. Films in which the truth used to be true was made small, such as our films, and they were kept only to watch inside the country. Those stories could never reach the world. So we decided that instead of going from bottom to top in the international market, we will go to the top to down.
We will start from the international market and then come to India. This is very close to my heart and I am very happy, proud and satisfied that The Bengal files will reach the people of America-policy makers, Congress members, senators, media associated with media, black community, Jewish community and different castes and religions of the world will watch this film.
Vivek said, this film gives the message that how important it is for every citizen of the world to protect humanity. And the same thing says this film, and that’s why I am taking it to America. All the local organizers and our national partners Kohna and GKPD are working very hard on it. All these work are only doing volunteers, this is not a commercial project.
The demand for The Bengal files is increasing in a tremendous manner abroad. For this reason, director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is being demanded to premiere in many countries. It is clear that this film is not only in India, but also people are very much liked and the excitement is increasing rapidly.

The teaser of the recently released the Bengal files has come into the limelight due to its strong and sharp visuals. Both the audience and the critics have appreciated it. Although a scene showing Mahakali in flames came into a little controversy, the makers have made it clear that the film has been made on the basis of complete research.
The Bengal files were written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, and it is produced by Abhishek Aggarwal and Pallavi Joshi. The film stars Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, Anupam Kher and Darshan Kumar in the lead roles. The film will be released in theaters on 5 September 2025.
