The biggest battle fought between India and Pakistan
The battle of 1971 is considered one of the biggest battles fought between India and Pakistan. The Indian Army fought the 1971 battle on two fronts. This war is also known as the India Pakistan War or Bangladesh Liberation War. This war lasted for a total of 13 days, but after this the Indian Army has dusted the Pakistan Army that Pakistan has not forgotten it till date and Pakistan’s army keeps on getting gritty about that war in the media of Pakistan. The result of this war was that East Pakistan, which is today known as Bangladesh, was declared a separate country. The war began on 3 December 1971, when Pakistan’s Air Force attacked the Indian region. After this, the Indian Army jumped in this war.

Actually the people of East Pakistan wanted to separate themselves from Pakistan. He wanted Bengali to have a separate country of Muslims. In such a situation, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was constantly leading the movements for this. In such a situation, Bengali citizens were constantly tortured by the Pakistan Army in East Pakistan. The demand for independence movement in East Pakistan began to intensify and Mukti Vahini was built. This Mukti Vahini was fighting for freedom against the Pakistani army. In such a situation, Pakistan sent its army to East Pakistan, who defeated Bengali citizens. Somewhere college students were shot and some women were raped.
Start of war
Mukti Vahini was being supported by the Government of India. At the same time, India wanted that Pakistan which is being oppressed on Bengali citizens, should be resolved. The Indian Army wanted to go into this war. But the Indian Army was waiting for a mistake of Pakistan. Meanwhile, Operation Genghis Khan was run by Pakistan, after which Pakistan’s Air Force attacked the Indian territory. As a result, the Indian Army started the war on both fronts. Pakistan faced defeat in this war and on 16 December 1971, the Pakistani Army surrendered in Dhaka. Explain that 93,000 armed troops of the Pakistani Army surrendered. After this, a new country emerged, which we know today by the name of Bangladesh. It has never happened in the history of the world that 93 thousand people of an armed army had surrendered. It was like a bad dream for Pakistan.
