Please note that this warrant can be returned till 13th November. However, for this Pragya Singh Thakur will have to appear in the court and it will have to be cancelled. Earlier in March this year also, an arrest warrant was issued by the NI Court. She has not appeared in court for the last few months on medical grounds.

Former MP’s lawyer JP Mishra has argued in the court that Sadhvi’s health is not well. Due to which hearing should be allowed in the court. The court has clearly said that the final arguments in the case are going on, hence Sadhvi’s presence is necessary. Therefore a warrant has been issued.
