what is the whole matter

The High Court had arrested the accused Faizal alias Faizan on 17 May this year by the Misrod police station of Bhopal. After the video of him raising slogans of ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ and ‘Bharat Murdabad’ went viral, the police took action against the accused under Section 153B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in the police station.

After hearing both the sides, Justice Dinesh Kumar Paliwal said, there are 13 criminal cases registered against the applicant and in the video he is seen raising the above slogans. However, considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing anything on the merits of the case, I am of the view that the applicant may be released on bail subject to certain conditions.
