Healthy breakfast for gut
The doctor said that if you want to choose healthy breakfast for the stomach, then leave the sugar grains. Instead you should adopt these healthy things. Which makes your gut health good and improves health.
Oats, chia seeds and yogurt- Breakfast must include oats, curd and chia seeds. You can make it like smoothie or eat it like normal oats. Because these three things are rich in fiber, probiotics and omega 3 which are best for gut.
Banana or Blueberry- Eating chopped banana and mixed with blueberries is beneficial. These things are rich in polyphenol. Polyphenols are found in fruits, vegetables, grains and some beverages. Consuming food -based polyphenol foods reduces the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis. This can also reduce neurodogenative diseases.
Walnuts and pumpkin seeds- Include some walnuts and pumpkin seeds daily in breakfast. This gives the body zinc and healthy fat. Zinc supplementation helps reduce obesity. This helps in controlling weight and reducing inflammation. Also, insulin sensitivity improves.
These things together help to keep your stomach healthy. Because it nourishes your microbiom and helps you keep it full for a long time. Protein bars, sweet yogurt and fake fiber grains should be avoided for breakfast.
