BSNL has installed 30 Y-Fi hotspots in cities like Rajgir, Gaya, Vaishali, Nalanda and Patna to promote digital connectivity at tourist destinations. 15 crore rupees were spent on this project, which has provided high-speed internet facility to tourists and local residents. As soon as the work of opening BPO centers has started in rural areas, due to which the youth are getting employment in their own district. A total of Rs 25.05 crore has been spent on these initiatives. Apart from this, two NIELITs (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology) have been set up in Muzaffarpur and Buxar, which have been invested Rs 9.18 crore respectively. These center are providing technical education and training to the students, which are strengthening the youth of Bihar digitally. Pat Pat Patna is now moving towards becoming the center of IT innovation. Medical electronics incubators in IIT Patna have been advanced with modern techniques at a cost of Rs 22.10 crore. It has become an ideal platform for medical tech startups across the country. In addition, there has been an investment of Rs 12.06 crore on Electronics and ICT Academy in Patna, where students are being trained in state -of -the -art technology. Under this, Jain Circuit (Champuri-Pavapuri), Kanwaria Root (Sultanganj to Deoghar), Buddhist Circuit (Vaishali-Bodh Gaya-Vikramshila), Mahatma Gandhi Circuit (Turkoulia from Bhitiharwa) and Mother Hills and Anga region have been worked on the beautification and modern development under PRASAD Yojana. 44.55 crore rupees were spent. Apart from this, a proposal of Rs 50 crore has been made for the permanent campus of the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM) in Bodh Gaya, which will take the state’s tourism to new heights. Bihar is now changing rapidly. This change is clearly visible not only in the figures, but in the life of every citizen. Today’s Bihar is not only saving the splendor of the past, but is also moving towards the future with confidence.
