Israel has claimed to kill Hamas’s head. Its information is given on the X account of the Israeli defense force. In a post on the social media platform X, it is written, “We killed Hamas chief again. He is also a Sinwar.” Please tell that Israel has said to kill Hamas chief Mohammad Sinwar. Three days ago, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu also said that Hamas’s Gaza chief Mohammad Sinwar was killed by the Israeli army.

Citizens were made shield

Actually, on 14 May, Israel carried out several major airstrikes. Meanwhile, there were reports of Hamas chief being seriously injured. However, the Israeli PM had said that Sinwar was killed. At the same time, IDF and Shin Bet have said that the terrorists were active in the underground command center under the European Hospital. He deliberately shielded ordinary citizens and posed a threat to his life. In this attack, the commander of Rafa Brigade Muhammad Shabana and Mahdi Kuara of South Khan Younis Battalion have also been killed.

Who was Mohammad Sinwar?

Muhammad Sinwar was the brother of former Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, who was killed by the Israeli Defense Force in October 2024. Muhammad Sinwar, one of the last remaining commanders of Hamas in Gaza, was hiding in a bunker which the terrorist group Hamas was using as a command center. The Israeli Defense Force attacked and destroyed Mohammad Sinwar’s hideout on 14 May by a drone. Sinwar, who was badly injured in this attack, was taken to Khan Younis’s European Hospital.

Demand for amendment in ceasefire agreement

Let us know that now Hamas has reacted to the latest ceasefire proposal for Gaza and demanded amendment in it. A senior Hamas official said on the condition of not revealing his identity, “There are some notes and amendments at some points, especially American guarantee, time of release time, support supply and return of the Israeli army.” A separate statement by Hamas states that the proposal is aimed at permanent ceasefire, wide return and assistance of Israel from Gaza. Explain that Israeli officials have approved the US proposal for temporary ceasefire in the war that has been going on for almost 20 months. US President Donald Trump has said that the dialogues have reached close to the agreement.
